PARTYTIME

The Hire Agreement

·       A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

·       Shoes and any dangerous object such as pens, buckles, purses, etc.                   should be removed.

·       DO NOT allow children to sit or bounce on the front step  of the inflatable.

·       DO NOT allow children to hang or climb on the walls.

·       The supervisor most watch the inflatable at all times and horseplay, flips,             somersaults and wrestling, should be stopped immediately.

·       Larger and more boisterous children must be segregated from the                        smaller ones.

·       Any vandalism, wilfully or accidental damage must be paid for in full by               the hirer named below.

·       No responsibility will be taken by PARTYTIME for any explicit behaviour              on or around the inflatable.

·       Any accidents or injuries must be reported to a member of staff on                       collection of the inflatable in order for it to be recorded.

·       DO NOT move or tamper with the anchor points of the inflatable whilst on            hire.

·       NO food or drinks are allowed on the inflatable.

·       NO face paint, silly string, spray foam, water and /or washing up liquid is             allowed on the inflatable and the cost of cleaning would be charged at a               50 pound .- excess fee.

·       PARTYTIME does reserve the right by adverse weather  conditions to                 cancel any booking without any prior notice.

·       Any person who is under influence of spirits or any substance which                   could affect their ability to be in control off themselves should not use the           inflatable.

·       Garden Games should be used in accordance with the instructions and               any damage should be paid for in full.

·       Do not operate the unit if the wind is over 20 mph  ; leave the unit on the             anchors but  turn the power source of.

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE CONDITIONS AND I AGREE TO FOLLOW THEM AND TO PAY ANY EXCESS STATED ABOVE IF I OR ANY OTHER PERSON FAILS TO FOLLOW THEM WHILE THE INFLATABLE IS ON HIRE TO ME.

The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

You will be asked to sign a copy of these Terms & Conditions at delivery time.
