When are your castles available to rent?

We deliver 365 days a year our bouncy castles where ever we are needed with a smile!

How long could I have the bouncy castle on the day?
|
Beforehand you will agree the time of delivering and collecting but we allways try to be flexible concerning the collection.

How do we pay for the bouncy castle?
|
If you pay upfront it will be cash or cheque but on the day it will be cash on delivery only. At the moment we are not able to take credit card payment.

When do you deliver the castles?
|
We deliver accordance the agreed times when you make your booking with us and that could mean in the morning,afternoon or evening! When it is an indoor venue we keep closely to the times what would suits you.

How long does the setting up and taking down take?
|
Depending on the size of the unit and the access up to 15 minutes and it is all included in the price!

How much does it cost to run the bouncy castle?
|
Depending on the time of running and the size of the blower up to 1 pound a day.

What about the weather on the day?
|
If the weather is bad on the day you can make the choice of delaying the castle on the day or cancel the castle free of charge. You haven't paid a deposit so it would not cost you a single penny!

What about the safety issues?
|
We supply with every castle safety mats and safety instructions according the guidelines issued by the HSE!

Is there an agelimit with the castle?
|
Yes. With every booking we will advise you about the most suitable castle for the agegroup you want to book for. In general the children castles go up to 14 years of age and the adult castle are suitable for both agegroups

Can we have a castle on concrete?
|
If it is smooth concrete,a groundsheet underneath and we are able to secure the castle so it would not take of then it shouldn't be a problem but you have to inform us beforehand!

How can we book a castle?
|
You phone us and we will tailor make the arrangements for you.!

How much space do you need for the castle?
|
On the sides of the castle we would need an extra 2ft either side,3ft at the back and at least 5ft at the front for extra space. We do need access to an electric point within 25 metres as well.

Can we hire castle for schools,fetes and events?
|
Yes. If you phone us ,we can then put a package deal together.

Can we use your castles indoors and outdoors?
|
Yes , but indoors you need to be sure about the height of the ceiling!

Is there a Reservation Fee? |
Yes. There is a reservation fee to be charged on all 'multiple booked' items, 'this is none returnable if you cancel your hire', this will be a percentage of the overall hire charge. Ask for details when booking your item(s). When the hire is completed then this reservation fee will be deducted from the final bill. |
